While we are thrilled people took advantage of our early bird promotion, we understand that others prefer to wait for us to announce our program. If you're one of those people, then we appreciate your patience, as it took some time, but we are now ready to announce our Eat Alberta 2018 program and when general tickets are going on sale!
When we determined our theme of More with Less, we wanted our kitchen sessions to represent this theme in a variety of ways. We’ve already announced Elyse Chatterton as one of our presenters and we can’t wait to see how she uses offal in her session, but now we can share the rest of our presenter lineup.
This includes RGE Rd's Blair Lebsack, who never shies away from creativity and using unique ingredients in delicious ways. Meanwhile, Chartier’s Steven Brochu returns to the Eat Alberta conference to do a bread demonstration and Sarah Louise Foster from Blue Rose Baking Co. will help open your mind when it comes to vegan foods.
We will also be hosting two speakers during the conference’s keynote presentation, food and agriculture filmmaker Kevin Kossowan and one of the owners of Red Tail Farms, Ian Griebel. Together, they will present on various relevant topics in the food community.
